Is the creator of the Strategic AI Framework (SAF), an enterprise framework designed to help organizations successfully adopt Artificial Intelligence through strategy, governance, organizational design, capability development, value realization, and responsible adoption. She has led AI transformation, agility, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives across banking, mining, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing, insurance, and financial services organizations throughout Latin America and Europe. She is an international speaker, trainer, and researcher focused on AI adoption, organizational transformation, responsible AI implementation, governance, and enterprise-scale adoption. Her work bridges business strategy, organizational design, human capability development, and Artificial Intelligence adoption.

Raime Alejandro Bustos Gardea

Workshop Chair

Is Computer Science Program Director at the School of Engineering of Tecnológico de Monterrey, Chihuahua Campus. His academic and professional work focuses on Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, applied AI systems, engineering education, and the development of interdisciplinary initiatives that connect research, technology, and real-world implementation. He currently chairs the Technical Commission on Artificial Intelligence Responsibility and Governance of the Mexican Society for Artificial Intelligence (SMIA). Over the past two years, he has delivered more than 400 hours of specialized AI training to over 1,200 professionals in 15 countries, promoting the strategic application of AI across sectors such as manufacturing, energy, education, retail, construction, logistics, tourism, financial services and insurance, financial analysis, marketing, and entertainment. His participation strengthens the academic and technical dimension of the workshop, particularly in relation to real-world AI systems, applied research, deployment challenges, responsible governance, and academia-industry collaboration.

Is a researcher, professor, and educational innovation leader with extensive experience in higher education, educational assessment, statistics, and technology-enhanced learning. He has held academic leadership positions at CINVESTAV-IPN, Tecnológico de Monterrey, UNAM, Universidad Veracruzana, and Universidad Politécnica del Valle de México. His expertise in educational analytics, data-driven decision-making, and assessment innovation strengthens the workshop's interdisciplinary perspective.

Is a faculty member at the School of Engineering and Sciences at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Chihuahua Campus. His expertise includes software engineering, AI systems, data science, and machine learning. His work strengthens the workshop through academic leadership and interdisciplinary research in applied Artificial Intelligence.

Funding open-access publishing and travel grants for independent researchers presenting reproducible results.
